Checklist for Monitoring, Reviewing and Evaluation

As a mentor it will be important for you to monitor, review and evaluate the progress of your mentee as well as the overall process. You will need to aid the mentee in checking how they are doing against their action plans, reassessing the progress over a set period of time as well as calculating the benefits of the mentee's overall progress.

As a mentor it will be your role to provide support and guidance through this process. In monitoring, reviewing and evaluating the overall programme, you will be looking at examining whether it has been effective and efficient in its delivery and that it has taken full advantage of the opportunities that arose.

The processes of monitoring, reviewing and evaluation must be easy to understand and also to apply. Any documentation to be used to gather the relevant information must reflect this also.
